Hmm, strange topic... I cannot fully understand the meaning of the word (is it really a word?). So I decided to make an illustration of the sound poof.
A water-pipe (or else hookah, narghile, shisha) for smoking as many poofs as you like.
Or is it puffs? Well, never mind...
